Single room available in Mill Road area

We are looking for a friendly, sociable, and tidy person to join our houseshare. We are looking for someone who is going to treat the house as a home. We occasionally watch movies, go to the pub, check out events in town etc. We are 3 professionals.

The house is homely with communal areas, including a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a garden. 4 people will share 1 bathroom, but that has not been an issue in the past. The rent includes council tax, internet, and a cleaner who cleans on a bi-monthly basis.
