Double bedroom with own bathroom

Hello!
I’m currently living in this lovely, fully furnished apartment and sadly, my housemate is moving out soon, so I’m on the lookout for someone to take her place.

The house has two bedrooms, a big comfy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The available room fits a double bed, a chest of drawers and a desk, with plenty of space to spare. It’s bright and airy, with both a skylight and a regular window. You'll also have your own large private bathroom, which comes with a big closet for extra storage. Outside there's a sweet little paved patio and a garage, where you can store extra stuff or a bike.

The house is in a peaceful spot just off Cherry Hinton Road, near the leisure centre. It’s super convenient — less than 10 minutes to Cambridge train station and just a 3-minute walk to three different supermarkets.

The rent doesn’t include bills, but they come to around £150 per month, which covers gas, electricity, council tax, and WiFi.

A bit about me: I’m a scientist working in a start-up at the Addenbrooke’s site. I love cosy nights in, cooking up delicious meals, practicing yoga and sewing. On weekends, I’m usually out for coffee, spending time with friends and my boyfriend. I’m looking for a friendly & easygoing housemate who’s clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Someone who’s up for the occasional chat or hangout but also values their own space.
