Bright Double Room in Friendly Quiet Flat

We have a spacious, fully furnished double room becoming available in our peaceful flat. The room comes with all the essentials and plenty of natural light. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person – the third flatmate has their own ensuite.

The flat is fully equipped with kitchen essentials including washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, etc. All bills are included except for gas and electricity, which are calculated monthly based on meter readings. This usually comes to around £30/month per person (up to £50 in winter).

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate, and values a calm and tidy home environment – ideally a PhD student or working professional.
