Available double room with your own bathroom in a 2-bed, 2-bathroom in central Cambridge. The room is available from 8th June, sharing just with me. The flat is really modern, everything is new built in 2-year ago, on the 6th floor with great balcony and 2 great windows so the view is lovely. Thought I rent it to have a place calling home in Cambridge. Still having everything furnish-ish, and looking for someone to share the flat with. I'm quite flexible so happy to talk with both short and long term let. The price is included council tax + water + wifi (these costs are fixed) Electricity will be shared per month depending on bills, so £50 more or less. Let me know if you have any questions. I'll be out a lot and will be back home for 3 weeks so you can have the flat to yourself quite a lot too. The picture of the room is with the current flatmate, you can decorate the room as what you like when moving in.
