Double room in friendly houseshare

We have a small double room with walk in wardrobe available in our friendly, houseshare. The room is unfurnished. You would be sharing a family bathroom with two housemates.
We are a sociable house who like to chat in the kitchen, and sometimes watch films or varying levels of trashy programmes. We also respect each other's space and separate lives. Ideally looking for people who want a home, not just a room in a house. Our communal areas are very spacious, and we have a massive garden.
You will be living with Susannah, a 28 year old professional working in the museum sector, Lauren, a 25 year old plant scientist, and Ilse, a 25 professional working at Cambridge University. We are tidy, friendly, and not party animals, so looking for the same!!
We are all vegetarian or pescatarian, so would ideally like to find someone else who fits with this.
Council tax band F. Bills currently come to around £158 each, but this is subject to change depending on time of year. We also expect rent to increase slightly at the end of our current tenancy. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household.
