The house has a garden and a drive with space for up to 4 cars (and free on-street parking). The kitchen is spacious and you would be sharing a fridge and a freezer with 1 other person. There are 2 shared bathrooms with showers (and 1 bath). There is a comfortable dining space as well as a large living room with a television. The house and bedroom are fully furnished (see images for bedroom).

We are 4 young professionals looking for a fifth housemate as our current housemate is moving out. We are friendly and enjoy occasionally hanging out together, whilst also respecting each others' personal space. We have a cleaner (included in rent) once a week and work together to keep our shared home tidy and hygienic. We are looking for someone chill to rent a single bedroom. We would ideally love to meet you and show you round before you commit.
