Friendly houseshare with lovely big garden

We are looking for a lovely new, friendly housemate to join us. Our vibe is pretty chill. We love a good pub outing. We love outdoorsy things. We also respect the need for alone time and doing their own stuff.

Two current housemates
- Rachael is an Antarctic oceanographer who loves being outdoors, kayaking, hiking, skiing, and a good BBQ.
- Alex is always down for a chat about pretty much anything, likes playing board games, plays piano (badly), badminton, cooking, and works at the University.

The letting agency is great and very responsive at fixing things. We have a gardener who tends the garden and that is included in the rent. The property is pretty well insulated and feels warm. We have a washer and dryer, and dishwasher.

The neighborhood is really nice, we have several parks within walking distance. We have a parking spot and a nearby road (2mins) with ample parking. We have a shed for bikes. There's a co-op within 5 minutes of here and a big Sainsbury's.

The room is pictured with furniture but is completely unfurnished. The furniture in the living room photos will be gone, and we have other furniture, though there is also the potential to use a new housemate's furniture if you come with it.

The contract start date is 25th July, but there's the potential for flexibility on the move in date.
