We’re a group of 4 students looking for someone to take the 5th room in our house after one of our housemates decided to drop out. The room’s available from 1st August and we’re looking for another student to join the crew!

As you can see by the pictures there are 2 rooms up for grabs as one of our housemate is not fussy with swapping.

Room 2 is on the ground floor great for easy access to kitchen & living room as well as for accessibility issues.

Room 4 is on the 1st floor between two other rooms next to the bathroom. Ideal for being a bit further away from the downstairs walkway.

👋 About Us:
We’re all ARU students aged 18 to 21. Three of us already live together in student halls in a house share run by the uni and always had a great cleaning record. We are friendly and easy-going. We like hanging out together – whether that’s cooking, watching Netflix, or heading out – but also respect each other’s space after a hard day at uni. House is clean (but not boring), and we’re all just trying to make uni life fun and stress-free.

💸 Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £672per month
• Bills: to tbc
• Deposit: £1292.20 including 1st months rent

👀 Looking for:
We signed the tenancy with the 5th person back in March but after some financial issues, he had to drop out. We only ask for another student who’s chill, clean, and up for the occasional house hangout. Doesn’t matter what course you’re on – just someone easy to live with.

We have sociology, biomedicine & cybersecurity all going on in this house!
