Furnished Double room with own bathroom, parking

Hi, having just recently moved to Northstowe (15 minutes from Cambridge by car or bus, or 25 minutes by cycle on the busway), I'm looking for a fun and social professional housemate to share my 2-bedroom house with. I'm offering a double room, fully furnished with a fitted wardrobe and working space, including a desk and chair. The house has three bathrooms, so you can use your own bathroom with a bath. all bills included within the rent - including council tax and superfast fibre Sky broadband, and Sky Sports. space for one car and the rent includes full use of the house and garden with furniture, BBQ, modern kitchen, and brand new appliances. Shed and bike storage available as well as space in the loft for storage. I also have just purchased two bedside tables which are included but not pictured

The house is very newly built in the new development Northstowe, and has great links to Cambridge, which is a short bus journey, 10-15 mins by car or 25 minutes by bike. I work at the science park (so will mostly be working in the office during the day) and cycle every day on the busway, there's also great links to St Ives and Huntingdon by cycle/bus with the guided busway.

I'm a 26 year old Cyber Security Team Lead and I'm a friendly and social guy who loves cars, (and anything mechanical), sports, swimming, tennis, walks, trying new pubs and exploring new areas, and I'm looking for a like-minded individual to enjoy the house with, someone who's fun and social but also appreciates having a quiet night in. Ideally, someone who also likes cooking (I'm Happy to share meals and cook together ) and who'll be tidy and respectful (As I work quite long hours at times so appreciate the early nights!) but I'm also happy for you to enjoy the property and invite guests etc! A young professional is desired but I would consider a mature student too. No smokers or drug use.

I'm flexible on start dates and short or long lets are considered, but I would ask for a 3-month initial term to be sure we get on, as it's only a 2-bed property. Council Tax C (Included within rent) and I have up to date gas safety and and EICR (6 year old house) and asking for a 200 pound deposit which will be returned at the end (or you can pay a month's rent up front).
