Hi, I'm looking for a fun, social, tidy and respectful professional housemate to share my 2-bedroom house in Northstowe, Cambridge with.

I'm offering a double room, fully furnished, with a fitted wardrobe and working space, including a desk and chair. The house has three bathrooms, so you have exclusive use of your own family-sized bathroom with a bath. All bills are included within the rent, including council tax and superfast 500Gb fibre Sky broadband, and currently SkySports/Netflix/discovery/prime (but not guaranteed) . I've got private driveway space for one extra car (more road parking available for guests) and the rent includes full use of the house and garden with furniture, BBQ, modern kitchen, and brand new appliances. Secure shed and bike storage is available as well as space in the loft for storage. CCTV is installed at the front of the property

The house is very newly built to an excellent standard inthe newly developed town of Northstowe, Cambridge city centre, is a short bus journey on the guided busway, 10 mins by car or 20/25 minutes by bike. I work at the science park (so will mostly be working in the office during the day) and cycle in almost every day on the busway, there's also great links to St Ives and Huntingdon by cycle/bus with the guided busway. It has really nice walks around the lakes and great community events popping up + feels very safe. A great pub/social and we have lots of food vans visiting. Very quiet and lovely neighbours. co-op a short walk away, Tesco extra is 5 mins drive away (also a bus) and there’s a lidl being built around the corner

I'm a 27 year old, I work as a Team lead within a Cyber Security Company and I'm a friendly and social guy who loves cycling, cars, (and anything mechanical), sports, swimming, tennis, Tech, walks, trying new pubs and exploring new areas, and I'm looking for a like-minded individual to enjoy the house with, someone will be happy to socialise but also respectful of personal time + space .
(As I work quite long hours and weekends at times, so I appreciate the early nights!), Ideally, someone who also enjoys coooking. Im easy going and happy for you to enjoy the property as your own and have friends over etc! A young professional is desired, but I would consider a mature student too. Strictly no smokers or drug use.

Please note the room is currently occupied and will be available from mid-October and I would ask for a 3-month initial term to be sure we get on. Council Tax C (Included within rent), and I have up-to-date gas safety and and EICR (6 year old house) and I am asking for a 200 pound deposit, which will be returned at the end (or you can pay a month's rent up front).
