Large double room in friendly girls’ house!

We have a large double room coming available in our lovely girls house!

We enjoy spending time together, and most evenings you can catch some of us chatting in the kitchen. We are looking for someone who is keen to socialise in the house, but we also respect each others space and alone time. We are all friends (though didn't know each other before moving in!) and treat it as a home not just a place to sleep. We value keeping the communal spaces tidy and would like someone who will also contribute to this. Things we enjoy include running, crafts, cycling, reading and baking.

The room available is on the ground floor and comes with the bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe shown in the photos. Rent is £800 inclusive of all bills and council tax, and we have a responsive and friendly landlord.

We are in a great central location with lots of green space, the river and big supermarkets just a few minutes walk away.

The house has six bedrooms, two bathrooms, and rear courtyard garden. There is a kitchen/living room/dining room with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and hobs and ovens. There is secure storage for a bike, or on street permit parking if you have a car. No couples, smokers or pets please.
