The house is located in Orchard Park opposite to Tesco express and near Premier Inn. It’s a 20 minute cycle and 30 minute bus ride to the city centre.
The house has three bedrooms, a living room and kitchen fully equipped. The bathroom is shared between two people and there’s a downstairs toilet available:

Bills are around £100-£150 including wi-fi and council tax.
