We're looking ASAP for a third housemate to join our freshly signed, unfurnished home on Tavistock Road! The available room is super comfy and located on the first floor. Ideal for PhD students or young professionals studying/working in West London or nearby.
About the house:
- Recently refurbished
- Two bathrooms
- Lovely garden
- Unfurnished (but we’ll start making it cozy together!)
- Bills not included (~£150 total for the whole house in winter for gas)
About us:
We're Sofia (Italian) and Ruben (French), both nearing the end of our first year of PhD. We're planning to stay in the house for about 2 years.
Sofia is also a theatre actor 🎭 and I’m a dancer 💃, so if you’ve got an artsy side, all the better! We’d love to create a calm, friendly space with some shared social vibes.
Who we're looking for:
A fellow student (preferably, as we don’t pay council tax) or a young professional. Please note: if you're not a student, you'll be responsible for the full council tax (~£140/month).
We’d appreciate someone who lives cleanly and calmly, and is open to chats, shared meals and social life together.
