Hi :) we're looking for a clean, friendly 4th flatmate to live with us.

We're a group of 2 girls (ARU final year/master's students) and 1 guy starting as a research assistant at Cambridge uni.
House is council tax band D - so it will be around £50 each per month extra for council tax on top of rent. (Even if you are a student as we have a professional in the house).
