• Built-in, large wardrobe & option to keep my double bed frame (free) included in the room
• Just need to source a mattress and desk (if needed)
• 4 bathrooms/WCs in total. Sharing bathroom with 1 other.
• Spacious kitchen, secure bike shed
• Easy parking on-road, driveway, or in garage
• 12-minute cycle on the guided busway to city centre or train station. Great bus links to town!
• Beautiful meadow right outside
• Only 15-minute walk to Grantchester and its pubs!
• In Trumpington Meadows estate, 7 min cycle to Adenbrookes & 3 min walk to Trumpington P&R.
Small living room (in need of a sofa).
Right by & view of the meadow!
Near Addenbrookes and AstraZeneca headquarters.

Bills:
~£120 a month

No minimum term, relies on tenant replacement.

Deposit is £825 (Spare Room won’t let me add that amount)
