• Paved area at back with long grassed garden.
• The communal areas are cleaned by the landlord periodically between tenant changes but tenants are expected to clean up after themselves at all times and a cleaning rota is in force
• 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement, 1 month notice required to vacate
