Hello! I am looking for a female to take over this room in a two bed house next to the river. It is a double room with one shared bathroom.
There is on-road parking and bike storage in the garden with a lovely patio. The house is in an ideal location to town and the train station with everything you need in walking distance with lots of coffee and pub spots nearby.

I am looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy with ideally a similar 9-5 schedule as me. I am a PhD student, so another postgrad is preferred for council tax purposes but would be open to a professional. Bills are £65 monthly.
