Furnished single room available to rent in a quiet area. In a great location: a 15-20 minute walk into town and to the station.

You would be sharing with 5 young professionals. Currently, there are 2 girls and 3 guys living in the flat; everyone is very relaxed, friendly and respectful.

We are looking for people who intend to stay for at least 6 months, but ideally a year or more.

We share a kitchen/living/dining room, and there are 2 bathrooms. There's also a beautiful garden: the house backs onto the river and even has its own canoe! There's also covered bike storage and parking space.

The rent is £555 a month, which includes council tax and water. The other bills are split between the 6 tenants and generally come to £50-80 a month, depending on the time of year.

Comes with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and a storage cupboard.
