Room Available for Short-Term Lease – August

Hi there,

I’m currently leasing my room and looking for someone to take it over for a short-term stay starting on August 1st. I’m a student at Anglia Ruskin University and will be moving to another house nearby to start a new tenancy. The room is available for one month, so it’s ideal for travellers or anyone in need of temporary accommodation.

Move in on August 1st. Your stay can be less than a month, that’s fine, as long as it’s at least two weeks.

I will still be responsible for the contract and rent, but you’ll have full access to the room. I’ll handle all the correspondence with the landlord, so everything is straightforward on your end.

For security reasons, I will need valid identification documents before confirming anything.

The apartment is located near North Cambridge train station, with four frequent direct buses (BUS 2 -Addenbrookes (to) and Milton (fro) and Bus B - Cambridge City Centre and Huntingdon and other parts of Cambridge. It includes a kitchen, bathroom, and all necessary amenities, in a quiet and beautiful environment.
