Lovely Double Room in Friendly House - CB4

Hi everyone!

We have a cosy double room available from the 1st of September in a spacious, well-located house near Chesterton Road (CB4), just 7 minutes by bike from Cambridge city centre!

You’ll be sharing with three friendly Spanish professionals (two guys and one girl) in our mid-to-late 30s. We’re easygoing, clean, and respectful, and we enjoy the occasional shared dinner, movie night, or chilled evening, always with consideration for each other’s space and routines.

🛏️ The room is a good size and comes furnished with a small double bed, two wardrobes, a set of drawers, a desk and chair, and gets plenty of natural light.

🏡 The house includes:
• A large, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, air fryer, grill, espresso machine, etc.) with a dining area
• A comfortable living room
• 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet
• A private garden, perfect for summer BBQs or reading in the sun

💰 Rent is £650/month, which includes:
• Internet
• Council tax
• Water

🔌 Gas and electricity are paid separately every 3 months, split fairly between housemates.
