The standalone property has large furnished shared ensuite rooms with kitchen facilities available. So, you can be as private or as involved in house life as you wish. The rooms are well insulated for sound.

Each room is furnished with a bed with comfortable mattress, a wardrobe/chest of draws & bedside table.

For those with bikes there is parking and storage areas at the side of the house.

Our property includes a large drive where parking is readily available and no licenses/permits are required.

Godwin Way has a variety of local shops nearby, recreational and sports facilities are a few minutes walk away, and entertainment and great nights out are just minutes away.

All bills are included. We also provide each room with a Netflix subscription. The property comes with a regular cleaner for communal areas and a gardener.

We do not take deposits for our rooms and all bills are included. We take a non refundable reservation fee which goes towards month 1 rent.
