Room with private bathroom in 1st floor flat, Pinks close, CB1.
You will have whole place to yourself for most of the time as I will be working from abroad for a while. I will be home for 2 weeks every month and a half, you would have the place to yourself the rest of the time.
Your room and bathroom are for your private use, while the lounge and kitchen will be shared between us when I am home. While the room is not technically en suite, the door to the private bathroom is right outside the bedroom door.
The room is spacious and contains a single bed as well as cabinets and a desk. You are welcome to add whatever you need.
Open to over 25 year olds, professionals preferred, must be clean, drama free and respectful of my space when I am home.
Initial contract available from 25 Oct ‘25 until 14 Dec ‘25. By the end of October, I’ll know if it is possible to extend the contract.
Rent: £1250/month.
