Looking for third flatmate!

We're two Cambridge PhD students looking for a third flatmate to move into a shared house in the Chesterton area, right by the Green Dragon.

It's a three bed, two bathroom property in a quiet residential area right by the River Cam, Cambridge North station is a five-minute cycle away, and the city centre is about a ten-minute cycle.

Three storeys, patio/garden/common area on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom on the third floor. It's got a rolling lease of six months, and rent is £800/month, bills not included.

We're both fairly relaxed people who like to row/cycle and hang out in college, but will also respect flatmates' privacy.
