2 double rooms in 5 bed house near mill road

We have 2 double rooms available in our 5 bed house, a 15 min walk from the station and 5 mins to Mill Road. The house has a huge garden, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen/sitting room as well as a driveway with room for 2 cars.

Preferably it would be great for the rooms to go as a pair but of course open to each room individually as well.

Rooms available from October

The three of us are currently PhD students working on the Addenbrokes campus and so were out of the house during working hours but are a social bunch. Due to council tax reasons we’re only advertising the rooms for Masters or PhD students.
