Double room in 5 bed house near mill road

We have a double room available in our 5 bed house, a 15 min walk from the station, 7 mins cycle to Addenbrokes and 5 mins to Mill Road. The house has a huge garden, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen/sitting room as well as a driveway with room for 2 cars.

Room available from September

The four of us are currently PhD students working on the Addenbrokes campus and so we're out of the house during working hours but are a social bunch. Due to council tax reasons we’re only advertising the room for Masters or PhD students.
