Room in a 5 bed house available for a student.

Hello, We currently have in a 5 bed student house with 4 rooms taken and there is another room available and we need a 5th person for the house.
We are all Anglia Ruskin students and preferably hoping to find another student too. Preferably a Male as we are all males in the house.
The house is a 2 minute to Cambridge north station and very accessible to travel to the university.
We need someone available between to move in early September and the tenancy duration lasts till next year August 2026.
Deposit: £712
Rent: £570 per month (without bills)
Bills would be shared equally amongst tenants.
