Shared garden for all occupants of the house. In total there are 6 people in this house. There is no parking for this property. Pets are not allowed.
Application:
Each applicant is required to provide an England Based Guarantor with a UK Bank Account for their application. The Guarantor will be required to sign the Tenancy Agreement and will be held responsible throughout the duration of the tenancy term for any unpaid rent or monies, should the tenant fail to pay.

We appreciate that sometimes this may not be possible, and, in this instance, there are companies that will provide a guarantor service for you, one of whom is Housing Hand

Liability:
Our rooms are let on an individual basis, however each tenant will be jointly and severally liable for the communal areas. For any avoidance of doubt, the communal areas are internal and external areas of a building that are shared by all tenants living there. This can include, but is not limited to: entrance areas, stairwells, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, garden, bin stores.

Before the start of a new tenancy, we are obliged by law to check that all tenants aged 18 or over can legally rent. This means we are requried to see, and take copies of, any relevant documents, such as Passports/ Visas/ Share codes. You will need these documents to hand when you complete this application form.
