A Co-op corner store is within 1 minute walking distance, and a supermarket is nearby as well. Bus stops are a short walk away, including the shuttle to the EMBL-EBI Sanger Institute.

You will share the property with at least 3 other tenants (M, 35y and 2xF 32y and 43y) and we are looking for respectful but friendly house mates. Work/study reference, ID copy and deposit are needed to rent the room. The deposit will be back to you when you leave your accommodation.
