Hi! We’re about to secure a lovely modern 4-bed house in Romsey (not far from Mill Road and the station). We’re looking for a friendly, professional flatmate to join us in making it a real home.

The house:
• Location on the map is wrong - it’s located in Romsey (CB1 3F)
• Open plan kitchen, living room on the ground floor with patio doors that open to the garden
• Middle floor - 2 extra large double bedrooms with shared bathroom (one room taken)
• Top floor - 1 large double bedroom with ensuite (taken) and 2 slightly smaller rooms (bedroom and office) (around 9 square metres each) which uses the shared bathroom on the middle floor
• Modern, well-kept, light and airy
• The house comes unfurnished, though we’ll be hoping to furnish the living room asap

The vibe we’re looking for:
A home where we can enjoy hanging out (movie nights, pub trips, cooking together) but also respect each other’s space when needed. Clean, tidy, considerate, and laid-back. Ideally mid/late 20s–early 30s professionals looking for more than just a room. It’s not a party house, but we’re up for a social, friendly atmosphere and happy to have friends over sometimes.

About us:
We work in tech, plant biology, and at Addenbrooke’s respectively. We love being active (dance, pole fitness, gym), and also enjoy chilled evenings cooking, watching TV, or trying new things.

The available rooms:
• Extra large double on middle floor with lots of natural light (approx 14.5 m², unfurnished): £688 + bills (~£170pp)
• 2 rooms on top floor (also very light) (approx 17 m² total, unfurnished): £688 + bills (~£170pp).
