Hello, I am looking for a female flatmate, £850pcm + bills 20 min walk from city centre move in from 27th September.
The house is a two bedroom, one bathroom semi detached house with a bright and open living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. There’s also a spacious garden.
The room is a double room currently with a bed and wardrobe but you are welcome to add furniture if you like.
You would be sharing with me, a 23 year old MPhil student in astronomy from Scotland. I’m ideally looking for a flatmate who wants a friendly, comfortable living environment where we can have our own space but also have a chat and a tea sometimes!
