Cosy Room in friendly house in Cambridge

Hi all!

I'm leaving this very well-priced home with sweet housemates to move closer to work.
So there is one room available (with a double bed) for single occupancy.

The house is furnished and room is furnished with bed, desk and in-built wardrobe.

The house has two bathrooms and one shower between four people. There is a kitchen, living room and cute outside area for having barbecues in the Summer.

The rent does not include council tax or bills which typically come to around £100 a month.

Note: if you are a student you will still be expected to pay council tax.

Looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful. Housemates occasionally hang out or eat meals together, however, also respect each other doing their own thing. The current housemates are preferably looking for a long-term renter to avoid turnover.
