We're located south of the city centre, just around the corner from the botanic gardens, 5 minutes from the train station & 15 minutes to the city centre. There's lots of cafes and pubs close by.
We're two professionals & we enjoy socialising, the outdoors, art/diy, gardening, cooking and sports. We're looking for a nice housemate who is social and would like to live in a homey house.
The rent includes all bills (TV licence, Internet, Gas, Electic & Water) as well as Council Tax. There is on-street parking available with a valid permit - see cambrige city council parking permit rates for more details.
