Shared living room/ kitchen space, balcony and storage/ utility room. The flat is furnished with an oven/ cooker, dish washer and washer dryer with underfloor heating in every room and fibre optic internet connection.

Located a 15-20 minute cycle to the city centre and a 10 minute cycle to Cambridge north train station. The flat is also a 1 minute walk to bus stops with access to town. Shared secure access to a communal garden secure lock up room. Free on street parking in surrounding streets.

About me: I’m 26, working full-time, and pretty easy going. I like to keep the place neat and tidy, but I’m not the type to stress over every little thing. I’m happy living with either introverts or extroverts—as long as we’re both respectful of each other’s space and keep the home feeling comfortable. Looking to share with someone who values a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
