Friendly houseshare looking for a housemate

Hello! We're looking for a friendly female working professional to fill our house. We have one small double room available starting from 2nd October, sharing a bathroom with just one other. There is a large built in wardrobe/storage in the room on the right hand wall (not visible in the photograph). Rent is £652 + bills, which are ~£130 a month. Viewings will be taking place in w/c 15th September.

The house:
This 4-bedroom house is in a great location, a 5 min walk to the train station and Mill Road as well as a short walk to the city centre. It's a relatively new build and feels a good quality spec. There is a large shared clean kitchen dining space and the house also has a garage which has space for bikes. There is a lovely lounge on the first floor and a small garden out back. Parking is available with a permit.

The housemates:
*Evelyn (27) - works in medical communications and enjoys bouldering, running, yoga, board games and the outdoors. She also plays flute in a local concert band and loves a good city break.

*Louise (26) works in publishing. She enjoys singing, reading and being in nature. At weekends she loves exploring Cambridge and further afield - catching up with friends in a local café, or relaxing in the tranquillity of the fens.

*Neha (28) - a vet from New Zealand doing her overseas placement in Cambridge. Her interests include badminton, boxing, bouldering, the gym, walks, hikes and travelling.

We're a friendly and sociable bunch who are up for a chat over cooking dinner, and keen to sometimes hang out and watch TV/play board games together. We respect each others space and have our own interests/things going on but equally wouldn't say no to a chance to check out something new and fun in Cambridge together!

We are looking for a friendly housemate who treats the place as a home and likes to keep things clean/tidy. No students, couples, pets or smoking please.
