Looking for Female flatmate begin from Sept.23rd

The property is in walking distance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital. It is a 2 bathroom 2 bedroom flat so you will have your own bathroom:). We will share the living room and kitchen. The price does not include any bills. We need to pay the bill monthly.
I am looking for a quiet, clean and respectful female student flatmate.
The contract starts from Sept.23rd, you will need to pay 6 months upfront and 5 weeks deposit. After the 6 months, the contract will become rolling monthly. I plan to leave Cambridge after finishing my program in July therefore the ideal scenario is to find another person who also has this plan. But it is negotiable.
About me: I am a female Mphil student from University of Cambridge. I can speak Mandarin, Japanese and English. I am sociable and usually quiet at home. I enjoy cooking. I love sports. I love clean. I go to bed at 12 am and wake up at 8 am during term time. I will move in at the end of September or early October.
