Centrally Located House on Historical Street

We are a group of Cambridge Uni postgrad students looking for a pleasant and neighbourly housemate. Currently in our group is a truly diverse mix; each of us come from different countries across the world.

Please note that:
1. Payments are quarterly.
2. No deposit is required as long as you are affiliated with the university. However, an upfront payment of £130 is required for the landlord's cleaning fees.
3. A contract has yet been signed, so you'll be jointly and severally signing it with us.
4. Subletting is allowed.
5. It's a good place if you're with good people =)
