Large room in central Cambridge

Hello! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our houseshare in central Cambridge.

The room is a bright kingsize attic bedroom with generous storage space (Bedroom 3 in the floorpan) and shares a bathroom with one other person.

The house itself is spacious and homely with a large social space & living room with a 3rd toilet downstairs that is again shared between 2 (+ guests). There’s a small, but fully equipped kitchen at the front of the house.

Now about us! I’m a 30 year old male who loves sport, food and music. When I’m home you’ll find me in the kitchen with some music or a football podcast on. I’ve been in this house for 4 years now, so can vouch for it!

James is also a 30 year old male and is usually found at the local climbing gym. He loves travelling, reading and his Turkish coffee!

We’re looking for a clean, respectful professional or postgrad to join our house asap and will be doing viewings on 28th or 29th September
