I have a cosy room available in my spacious house in Cambridge city centre (Romsey/Railway area). The place is 15 minutes walking to the train station :)

The room itself is petite, but you’ll also have access to a second room for storage, which already has a single castle-style bed and a cupboard – really useful for keeping things organised.

The house is bright and comfortable, with:

Two living rooms
One shared bathroom
A spacious extended kitchen that’s great for cooking and socialising
A garden area

I live here with my very friendly cat, Pesto, so this would suit someone who enjoys having a cat around.

The only requirement I have for a new housemate is that you’re clean and tidy – that’s all that matters.
