Description

We have a spacious ensuite room available in a shared house with three other housemates. I am sad to be leaving this house but I’m certain it will be a welcoming home!

You’ll be joining a friendly group of working professionals and graduate students (4 tenants, including you). The house is conveniently located within walking distance of major supermarkets (5mins), and the train station (<30mins).

There is also a powder room on the ground floor, a large shared living room and kitchen, a back garden, bike storage, and parking spaces available. Other expenses include broadband, electric, water, and council tax, averaging to about £100 per person per month.

The current tenant in the ensuite room is moving and is willing to sell all the visible furniture in the room to the next tenant.

Note that this is not a sublet!! you will be on the lease from an agreed upon date with the current tenants. Available from Nov 1st - potentially earlier or later - please be in touch to discuss :)
