Double room in a beautiful house

I’m Sumit (one of the tenants). We have a lovely double room available in our house in CB4 3TD (£495 + bills). The house has been on a joint tenancy for 14 years (we even keep an Excel sheet haha) and we have a super sweet landlady, though the house is gradually being transferred to an agent.

It’s a four-bedroom house with a huge living room, two conservatories, a laundry/utility room, a garage, a storage/guest room, and a garden where we sometimes barbecue. The place feels like a real home, with friendly and sociable housemates: Nina, Shankar, and me.
