We have a small, room featuring a single bed, built in wardrobe, and bedside table. It is in a shared house, only 5 mins walk from Addenbrookes and very handy for the city centre. With shared bathroom, compact kitchen, lounge/dining area. Gas central heating, washing machine and high speed wireless broadband. Large garden and off street parking. All bills included. Sharing with 2 very polite males and 1 female.
We are looking for a professional, quiet and respectful person who will fit in with the existing tenants (3), who have all been with us for many years.
