Central & Historical - Large room @ Portugal Place

We are a group of Cambridge Uni postgrad students looking for a pleasant and neighbourly housemate. Currently in our group is a truly diverse mix; we have 6 nations represented under one roof!

Please note that:
1. Payments are quarterly.
2. No deposit is required as long as you are affiliated with the university. However, an upfront payment of £130 is required for the landlord's cleaning fees.
3. You will be replacing me in the contract, getting the large room on the ground floor.
4. Subletting is allowed.
5. It's a good place if you're with good people, and trust me, you will be =)
