The house is in a quiet cul de sac location, off Cherry Hinton Road, close to Co-op supermarket and within walking distance of Addenbrookes hospital.
Downstairs offers a shared kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs has the shared bathroom with a large shower.
Parking is available on the driveway.

Current tenants: There are currently two male tenants in the property, of mixed ages (2 x mid twenties, ). All have different interests and activities and social interaction is minimal.

£650 per calendar month includes all utility bills, council tax and broadband access.

This is for single occupancy only for a tenancy. SiNGLE bed with furniture.
This would suit a professional who works daytime hours and likes a quiet house. This would not suit if you work night shifts.
