Big room in a great location in Central Cambridge

We are a group of Cambridge Uni postgrad students looking for a pleasant and neighbourly housemate. Currently in our group is a truly diverse mix; we have 6 nations represented under one roof!

Please note that:
1. Payments are quarterly.
2. No deposit is required as long as you are affiliated with the university.
3. You will be replacing me in the contract, getting the large room on the first floor, because I just got offended College Accomodation at our main site.
4. Subletting is allowed.
5. It's a good place if you're with good people, and trust me, you will be :)

Feel free to contact me and suggest a time for a viewing on this Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I would like to have the contract settled this week and you will be able to move in as soon as you can.
