Bills total around £180 (per person) a month on top of rent.

Current tenants (2 men, 1 woman) looking to replace our 4th housemate for the next 6 month long tenancy.

The room can be fully furnished - the deal would be to either buy this furniture from the old tenant (price tbc) or they can take it with them.

The house features a shared kitchen, a cozy living room, two bathrooms, and a little garden with bike storage.

You’ll be sharing with three sociable and respectful housemates: two men and one woman, all professionals (ages from 24-33). We’re all very laidback, but always up for a chat.

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and considerate housemates- preferably a professional or a mature student - who enjoys living in a calm and respectful environment.

Mill Road is a great location - loads of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The train station is only 10minutes away, and the city centre is roughly 20 minute walk or 10 minute bike. Super handy location for commuting or exploring Cambridge.
