Single Room in friendly House Share

Single room available in lovely house share on Mill Road. We are a group of 5 professionals (and one well-behaved cat) looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to join our home.

We enjoy catching up in the kitchen, sharing the occasional meal or movie night, and keeping the place relaxed and positive. Everyone does their bit to keep things clean and comfortable, and we all respect each other’s space and schedules.

The room is available for single occupancy only and can be available furnished or unfurnished.
There are shared facilities:
- Shared bathroom with shower and toilet (shared with 2 other tenants)
- Kitchen with two ovens, gas & electric hobs, two shared fridges, large chest freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
- Large, comfortable living room with TV, lots of seating and a big dining table (great for Sunday roasts or board game nights)
- Garden (with a budding vegetable patch!)

The property is in a great location on Mill Road with just a short walk to the train station, great links to the city centre and lots of local amenities.

The rent includes council tax, wifi (very fast), tv licence & water bill but excludes gas and electricity bills.

We are looking for a working professional who is clean, reliable, and easygoing, happy to live with a cat, up for a chat but also respectful of downtime. No smoking inside but there is a large garden with a covered patio.
