Affordable cosy room in a vegan household

Hi! I am moving out of Cambridge and looking for a lovely vegan to replace me in a small cozy room in a 3 bedroom house in Chesterton.

With bills the room comes up to around £570 pcm.

There is a shared kitchen & bathroom with all amenities, a large garden. (We will add more photos later)

The current occupants are both professionals and would appreciate somebody who is quiet, tidy and respectful.
The house is meat-free!*
