Hi there, I'm looking to sublet my room while I'll be away between October 27th 2025 - January 8th 2026. I'm ideally looking for someone to take over for the entire period but a shorter stay could be organised.

About the Room

All furniture you see in the above pictures are part of the room. This includes:
- queen size bed
- clothes rack, chest of drawers, shelves, wardrobe
- desk + chair

About the House
-------------------
Living Room - we have a large and cosy living room which often functions as home-office space during the day. In the evenings we enjoy the record player, TV, or just sit and read on the sofa (often from the landlord's incredible book collection you can see!)
Bathrooms - there is one shared bathroom in the house. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine.
Kitchen - well stocked with utensils / cutlery / crockery. There is ample storage space and a dining table in the living room. We have a fridge and a separate freezer.

We also have a garden filled with apple trees and a large garage. The latter is especially convenient for general storage and bike storage, and is also where you'll find a tumble dryer.

About the Location

The house is a ~15 min walk from central Cambridge. There is a great convenience store with groceries, general supplies, etc., two doors down and a large Aldi ~10 min away on foot.

About the Tenants
---------------------
We are a house of 3 PhD students, all in the sciences. We all enjoy making use of both the kitchen and living room, so the house is quite friendly and social in the evenings once we're all back from the university. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, so I'm hoping to find a like-minded person.
