Double Room in Friendly Shared House

I'm leaving Cambridge as will be moving for work and so my room is now available. The room is a small double in a spacious shared house. The housemates are the friendliest bunch and have been incredible to live with!!

The house
The house has spacious communal areas including the kitchen, lounge, dining area and conservatory. We normally use the conservatory to dry washing in and then also have an area for inside bike storage.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is small, however there is plenty of space to work downstairs if you wanted to. There is additional storage space in cupboards around the house.

There is a garden and also on street parking.

The housemates
The housemates are 3 professionals - one phd student, one postdoc and one rowing coach. All super friendly! We like to hang out as a house and chat when making dinner etc but also respect each others space and quiet. They are the nicest bunch to live with and I'm sad to be leaving!

The rent
The rent is roughly 670 including bills. This may change ever so slightly near the end of November. The contract renews end of November so there may be a change over fee then (£50) although I think this may not be necessary and you would need to be referenced to go on the new contract.
It would be great if we can find someone to move in from around the 23rd of Oct however I can be flexible with this if needed.
