A bright double room is becoming available in our lovely 2-bed flat in Cambridge this December. The room is unfurnished but can be furnished if needed. It has a built in wardrobe.

Location highlights:
- 20 minute walk to Cambridge station
- 15-20 minute walk to city centre
- PureGym directly across the street
- 15 minute walk to the Beehive shopping centre
- very friendly neighbours

The flat:
- Shared with one other 24 year old working professional (me 😊)
- sociable home - we often cook/eat together, hang out on weekends, but also enjoy our own space. I visit family 1 weekend if the month and often visit friends in London, so you would have the place to yourself for at least 1-2 weekends in each month.
- Clean and tidy: Looking for someone who is happy to pitch in.

Bills are around £145 a month

About me:

I work full time in an office nearby, with the option to WFH (though I rarely do). Hobbies include reading, running, hiking, gym, and baking - it would be great to find someone with similar interests!

Looking for:
