**Price**
The rent is 950£ + 175£ for all bills.

**Room**
The spacious room (~15sqm) includes a double bed (~140cm width), a nightstand, a chest of drawers and a large private bathroom with a rain shower.

**Flat**
The flat spans two floors: The ground floor combines a modern kitchen with a spacious and bright living room. Additionally there's a large terrace and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor there are two modernly furnished bedrooms each with a private bathroom.

**Location**
The place is located within walking distance from the train station (10mins) and shops and restaurants at the leisure centre (5mins).

**Flatmate**
I moved to Cambridge a year ago to work as a doctor. In my free time, I love traveling around and visiting friends, going to the gym, going out for food and drinks or just watching some shows.

I've lived in flatshares with mixed genders, backgrounds and nationalities for a few years now and my experiences were always positive with a few former flatmates becoming close friends. I'd love to make a similar experience here but of course I appreciate that everyone is busy and needs time for themselves too.

For me it is very important that both of us are mindful of the shared spaces and keep them clean, tidy and ready to use for the other person at all times. Related to this, I think this place might not be the right choice if you work fully remotely and intend to use the living room as an office space.
