Double room in friendly houseshare

Hello! We're looking for a friendly housemate to join our 4-bedroom house. We have a small double room available from 1st December, sharing a bathroom with just one other. Rent is £652 + bills, which are ~£150 a month.

The house is a 5 min walk to the train station and Mill Road, as well as a short walk to the city centre. There is a large shared kitchen/dining space and a garage with space for bikes, as well as a lounge on the first floor and a small garden out back. Parking is available with a permit.

You'll be sharing with Evelyn (27), Louise (26) and Neha (29), all young professionals working across medical communications, publishing and veterinary.

We're a friendly and sociable bunch - keen for a chat while cooking dinner and to hang out together, while also respecting each others space. Hobbies/interests in the group include bouldering, reading, running, music, board games and the outdoors.

We'd like someone who treats the place as a home and likes to keep things clean/tidy. No couples, pets or smoking please.
